I will be holding a very special Yoga Lake Retreat within Khao Sok National Park, Surat Thani, Thailand.
This unique event has been designed to offer you the most exhilarating and effective retreat, bringing you close to the natural world of this unique rainforest environment while you explore and nourish your own ‘true nature.'
Khao Sok Lake is one of the most spectacular destinations in Thailand, if not the world.
This retreat not only allows you to practice yoga and reconnect with your 'inner being' & the natural world of this stunning national park but allows you to disconnect from all the usual distractions & offerings of modern-day living that we so often take for granted.
I regard it as a great privilege to be able to experience this situation while enjoying such a beautiful environment, wonderful local food, daily yoga & like-minded company.
RESORT & ACCOMMODATION
All structures, bungalows, restaurant and hang out spaces are floating on the lake, connected by bridged walkways.
The bungalows are like ‘living in a basket’. Thatch roof, hand-woven bamboo walls and wooden floors are the way of life at the lake.
Half of the bungalows are installed with private bathrooms, the other half have a back deck providing a wonderful cross breeze, with use of a communal shower and toilet block.
All bungalows have a small front deck and offer awesome cliff and lake views and a place for a nice hammock nap or viewing wildlife. Each bungalow is sparsely furnished— wooden bed frame, mattress, bedding, pillows, and mosquito netting and towel.
We have exclusive use of the Deluxe Bungalows, a Super King size bed room with fan and private ensuite bathroom.
2 Persons - For couples or friends willing to share a bed the total price of the retreat is:
£1350 per person

these come with King Size beds and the use of the communal toilet & shower block.

A £500 deposit is required to secure your place, the remainder balance is due by 5th August 2024.
These prices include:
• 2 yoga lessons daily, morning asana class and an evening yoga class
• 1 workshop
• 3 insanely delicious Thai meals per day, meat and plant-based friendly.
Please note that these are fixed meals and there is no menu to choose from, due to the
remoteness of the resort but all the meals are suitable for everyone and there’s always something
you will enjoy!

• Group transport from Surat Thani Airport to venue: 60-minute group van ride, followed by a 45-minute gorgeous boat ride to the Resort
• Transport back to Surat Thani Airport with sight seeing on the way of the most beautiful local tourist attractions, Heart Mountain, Temples and Khlong Num Sai.

• Extra Drinks and snacks. You can buy beers, cold drinks and snacks from the small shop.
You are welcome to bring your own snacks but don’t keep it in the rooms or you’ll be inviting some
unwelcome visitors!
It is important to remember that the electricity offered is very limited; a generator provides it from 6pm to 7am. There is next to no mobile signal, therefore you won’t be able to make calls, except in an extreme urgent case scenario. There is free Wi-Fi but don’t expect high speeds. It truly is a place to disconnect. What a blessing!

TRAVELLING ADVICE
• For flights to Thailand, I would recommend Thai Airways or EVA Air for a direct flight, or you can fly with Etihad, Emirates, Qatar or Singapore Airlines for indirect flights.
• Domestic flights from Sura Thani return to Don Mueang, Bangkok airport I recommend Air Asia, Bangkok Airways, Nok Air but book the flight after 2 pm.
• Make sure you take out travel insurance and see if you need any travel vaccines.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND
The full balance should be transferred by 5th August 202. In case you decide to not come after this date only 50% will be returned, unless it is an extreme situation of family loss or similar instance that we will evaluate. Therefore, we suggest you to find another friend to take up your place.
Please note that the deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space within a reasonable timeframe.
Since the numbers are counted and we have to pay upfront, it’s quite a challenge to manage it on short notice. We really hope you understand this.
All the plans and schedule will be sent out 12 weeks before our travelling.
